Enterprise-grade technology, at home scale.

Engineered for what's next…

The same equipment and design standards we would put in a corporate office, sized and priced for a house, a home office or a single shop. No job is too small to do properly.

No job too small to do properly.

Most home and small-shop technology is installed to a consumer standard — a modem in a cupboard, a camera kit from a box, a smart plug that stops talking to the app after a firmware update. It works until it doesn't, and then nobody owns the problem.

We design for homes and small premises the way we would design for a business: enterprise-grade equipment rather than consumer boxes, a documented design, and security built into it from the start. Where a job needs a licensed trade, we bring in professionals we already work with, so you deal with one team from quote to handover.

Enterprise-gradeCommercial-grade access points, switches, firewalls and cameras — the brands specified for office fit-outs, sized for a house and priced for one.
Designed to standardSurveyed, documented and installed to industry standard — not improvised on the day.
Security includedSegmentation, hardened devices and real passwords come with the work. Never an add-on.

What we do.

Three things, done to a standard that holds up — and every one of them built on enterprise-grade hardware, whatever the size of the job.

01

Network and Wi-Fi Design

Full-coverage wireless designed around your floor plan, on enterprise hardware — and it arrives filtering, watching and segmenting from day one.

Floor plan showing an access point and its wireless coverage rings
  • Coverage survey before anything is installed
  • Enterprise access points, placed and tuned for the whole property
  • Content filtering and intrusion detection running at the gateway
  • Smart devices separated from the computers that matter

02

Surveillance Systems

Cameras positioned around sightlines and lighting, so you get a usable image at 2am rather than a grey smear.

A wall-mounted camera, its field of view, and a monitoring screen
  • Walk-through and camera placement design
  • Secure local recording and storage
  • Remote viewing and motion alerts on your phone
  • Privacy-aware placement and retention

03

Smart Home and Office

Lighting, climate, blinds, doorbells and access that work together and keep working after an update.

Ceiling lighting throwing overlapping beams, with a wall control panel
  • Lighting design and scene setup, room by room
  • Occupancy, daylight and schedule automation
  • Video doorbells, smart locks and entry control
  • Voice and app control that survives a router reboot

How a job runs.

The same four stages whether it is two cameras or a whole-home rebuild. You always know which one you are in.

Visit

We come and look. Walls, distances, where the sun hits, where the cabling can run, what you actually want it to do. No quote is written from a phone call alone.

Design and quote

You get a plan and a fixed price before anything is ordered — what goes where, what it costs, and what happens if a part of it fails.

Install

Installed around your household or trading hours, tested against the design, and tidied up properly. You get the passwords, the diagrams and the paperwork.

Support

We stay reachable. Updates, changes and the occasional 'why has this stopped working' — without starting from scratch each time.

Concentric hexagonal layers representing defence in depth

The household is the target now.

Nobody is personally hunting you. That is the point — the attacks that reach homes are automated, and they are looking for the easy thing: a camera still on its factory password, a smart plug that has not had a firmware update since 2022, a laptop that follows a link in a convincing text message. A home with a few dozen connected devices has the same attack surface a small office had ten years ago, and almost none of the defences.

What is on the line is not abstract. It is the banking session, the tax records, the passport scans in a downloads folder, the camera pointed at the lounge room. We build the same three controls into every network we install, because by the time you know you need them it is already too late to add them.

Content filtering

Blocks the known-bad destinations — malware hosts, phishing pages, scam storefronts — before any device in the house can reach them. It also means the filter covers the visitor's phone and the smart TV, not just the one laptop someone installed software on.

Under the hoodCategory and reputation filtering enforced at the gateway with encrypted DNS upstream, so policy applies per-network rather than per-client — nothing to install, nothing to bypass.

Intrusion detection

Watches the traffic leaving your connection and raises a flag when something starts behaving oddly — like a camera that suddenly begins talking to a server overseas at 3am. That is usually the first and only visible sign that a device has been taken over.

Under the hoodSignature and anomaly-based IDS inspecting traffic at the perimeter, alerting on command-and-control callbacks, port scans and known-bad destinations, with the option to block inline rather than just alert.

IoT isolation

Your doorbell, cameras, TV, speakers and whatever you buy next sit on their own network, fenced off from the computers and phones holding anything that matters. If one cheap device is compromised, it has nowhere to go.

Under the hoodSeparate VLAN and SSID per device class with deny-by-default rules between segments, mDNS reflection only where casting genuinely needs it, and no inbound exposure from the internet to any of it.

Who we build for.

Smaller sites, same standard. The scale of the design changes; the way it is built does not.

Homes

Whole-home Wi-Fi, cameras, smart lighting and entry — set up once, set up properly, and supported after.

Small home offices

A work setup that holds a video call, backs itself up, and keeps work traffic away from the rest of the house.

Small retail

Point-of-sale connectivity, guest Wi-Fi and surveillance that stay up through trade, on one shop's budget.

They put the cameras on their own network and showed me why it mattered. Nobody had ever explained that part before.
